Ken Krill, CPC, PSP
President
Ken has over 22 years field experience in the construction industry, 14 with
two Engineering News Record (ENR) Top 150 National Firms - more than 12
years in the field as a Construction Manager and Superintendent. He has
extensive knowledge of the entire construction process from design
development to owner occupancy. He specializes in a variety of construction
consulting services from Construction Management/General Contracting to
Scheduling and Claims Consulting. Ken has worked on projects in excess of
$500 million. In 2000, Ken was chosen by his peers to be an expert panelist
for the AGC Forum, "You Want Your Project Delivered When?", which resulted
in the production of a training video. Since then he has been involved in
numerous seminars and training/teaching sessions. He has served over 5
years as a faculty member at Michigan State University in the Construction
Management Program teaching both the Graduate and Undergraduate
Scheduling Courses as well as various other Construction Management
related courses. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction
Management from Michigan State University (1988) and a Master of Science
Degree in Construction Management from Eastern Michigan University (1995).
He was recently appointed a Director of the American Institute of Constructors
(AIC) - Michigan Chapter.
Ken as a "Certified Professional Constructor" (CPC) and a "Planning &
Scheduling Professional" (PSP), is recognized as an expert in the industry,
which is evident by his multiple years of University teaching experience,
distinguished panel selections and leading roles with prior firms/organizations.
Ken makes it a priority to stay current with the latest technologies and
construction practices in the industry.
Wendy Krill, MBA, BSEE
CEO
Prior to initiating and starting W.K. Krill & Associates, Inc. in early 2002, Wendy
spent 12 years in Sales/Marketing and Engineering in the Automotive and
Defense Industries. Most recently she was a Global Marketing Manager with a
Fortune 500 Affiliate Company and held the responsibility for overseeing
engineering development and sales/marketing of several products worldwide.
She has also overseen all aspects of both internal and external product
training worldwide. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical
Engineering (1991) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in
Marketing and International Business from Michigan State University (1996).
